Lespedeza bicolor

The flowering plant, Lespedeza bicolor, is native to Asia. In some other areas, this plant sometimes found as invasive one, and even aggressive invader. However, it is still planted as ornamental plant because the flower is attractive. Lespedeza bicolor is commonly known as shrubby bushclover. This photograph was taken around Institute of Nature Science, Shirokanedai, Tokyo (Japan) in early October 2013.
